Qenos uses a broad range of manufacturing technologies so we can meet our customers' needs.
Our Botany site in Sydney covers 37 hectares with four major facilities which produce ethylene, low-density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). We also operate three different plants on over 156 hectares at Altona in Melbourne producing ethylene and a full range of polyethylenes.
Polymers made at Altona and Botany are used in plastic bags, packaging films, milk bottles and cartons, detergent bottles, pipes and water tanks.
ISO9001 is a quality management system standard that requires organisatons to demonstrate their ability to produce product that meets customer requirements and to provide a process for continual improvement of their systems.
The Plastics and Resins manufacturing sites in Altona are certified to ISO9001 to produce medium and high density polyethylenes. Click here to view our Altona Certificate.
The Alkathene and Alkatuff manufacturing sites in Botany are certified to ISO9001 to produce low, linear low and high density polyethylenes. Click here to view our Botany Certificate.
Our manufacturing plants are successful because of the skills of our people who run them. Our people are involved in decision making and encouraged to set and achieve both personal and business goals.
Our people ensure we deliver high quality products and service for our customers.
