Graduate Induction and Network
Graduates at Qenos take part in a comprehensive induction program that includes:
- Broad company overview
- Introduction to the key areas of the business, technical and non-technical
- Information sessions
A mentor is assigned to each new graduate to assist in settling in and understanding your role.
Graduate Network
The Qenos Graduate Network consists of graduates with 0–5 years experience from all disciplines. The network aims to help graduates develop skills and competencies for professional and personal success and contribute to the organisation’s capability.
The network promotes:
- Personal development – graduates can participate in offsite activities that reflect Qenos’s corporate social responsibility, such as preparing meals for homeless people and working on community facilities.
- Professional development – internal and external training opportunities are provided to develop competencies.
- Networking opportunities – onsite and offsite activities are designed to link people across the organisation and at all levels.
