Our Customer Service Team is available from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, Victorian time, with the exception of National Public Holidays. These hours may be shortened during the Christmas Holiday period.

When placing Orders, providing the following information will assist our Customer Service Team in processing your order accurately.

- Pack form eg Bulk, 25kg Bags or Bulker Bags
- Product quantity
- Purchase order number
- Delivery date

Order Quantities for Polyethylene
The following Quantities are to be used as a guide when placing orders.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are supplied in 20ft High Cube container (ISO)
Nominal Quantity for Bulk Containers is 20t;
Packaged Orders
Our Packaged materials are available in 2 pack forms and orders should be for full truckloads. Nominal Quantity for full truck loads for packaged deliveries are outlined below.

You will receive confirmation of your order from Qenos by facsimile or email.
The Qenos Order Confirmation confirms that we have received your order and your details have been entered into our order processing system – it does not guarantee that all requested details can be met.
In circumstances where we are unable to fully meet the requirements of your order, a Customer Service representative will contact you.
