EU REACH

Qenos is aware of the European Union legislation regarding the Restriction, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals (commonly referred to as "REACH") and its implications. To this end we have taken the precaution of pre registering substances within our polymer products that have been identified as potentially impacted by REACH.

To support our customers we are also working with our suppliers and have appointed an "Only Representative" (OR) in Europe to assist us with REACH compliance.

In addition, Qenos will endeavour to continue monitoring any developments in REACH requirements and address them as they arise.
